EMERGENCIES ACT 2004 - SECT 53

The rural fire service consists of—

        (a)     the chief officer (rural fire service); and

        (b)     the deputy chief officer (rural fire service); and

        (c)     other rural fire service members; and

        (d)     rural fire service volunteer members.
