EMERGENCIES ACT 2004 - SECT 48

Appointment of members of units

    (1)     The chief officer (fire brigade) may appoint a person as a member of a community fire unit.

    (2)     The chief officer may end the appointment at any time in accordance with the commissioner's guidelines.
