EMERGENCIES ACT 2004 - SECT 45

The fire brigade consists of—

        (a)     the chief officer (fire brigade); and

        (b)     the deputy chief officer (fire brigade); and

        (c)     other members of the fire brigade; and

        (d)     any volunteer members.
