Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The principal of a non-government school may approve educational courses that may be provided to a student enrolled at the school at a place other than the school.
(2) An approval may be subject to conditions.
(3) However, the principal may approve an educational course only if satisfied that—
(a) the standard of the course is appropriate; and
(b) there are adequate facilities for conducting the course; and
(c) the premises where the course is
to be conducted comply with any relevant Territory laws about health and
safety standards.
