Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) An authorised person (government) may exercise a power under this chapter in relation to a person only if the authorised person first shows the person his or her identity card.
(2) An authorised person (government) may not remain in a government school entered under this division if, when asked by the principal, the authorised person does not show his or her identity card.
