Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive may approve educational courses for a student enrolled at a government school that may be provided to the student at a place other than the school.
(2) An approval may be subject to conditions.
(3) However, the chief executive may approve an educational course only if satisfied that—
(a) the standard of the course is appropriate; and
(b) there are adequate facilities for conducting the course; and
(c) the premises where the course is
to be conducted comply with any relevant Territory laws about health and
safety standards.
