Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive must ensure that—
(a) the effectiveness of each government school is reviewed at least once every 5 years; and
(b) a report of the review is prepared.
(2) The chief executive must ensure that a review seeks the input of the local community served by the school.
(3) A review must take into account the views of—
(a) the parents of students at the school; and
(b) the teachers at the school; and
(c) the students at the school.
(4) The chief executive must make the report of a review of a school available to—
(a) the parents of students at the school; and
(b) the staff of the school; and
(c) the students at the school.
