Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive must establish procedures for recording the transfer of students between schools in the ACT.
(2) The principal of a school must comply with any
procedures established under subsection (1) for recording the transfer of
students to and from the school that are notified to the principal by the
chief executive.
