ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 84

Transmission of enrolment claims

A person who accepts for transmission to the commissioner a claim for enrolment or transfer of enrolment shall transmit the claim to the commissioner as soon as is practicable.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
