ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 71

For this part, the following persons enrolled on the Commonwealth roll shall be taken not to be so enrolled:

        (a)     a person whose address recorded on that roll is not in the ACT;

        (b)     a person who is an eligible overseas elector for the Commonwealth Electoral Act

but not an eligible overseas elector for this Act.
