Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The commissioner shall, so far as practicable, keep the rolls up to date.
(2) The commissioner may alter a roll at any time as follows:
(a) to register any change of name;
(b) to bring up to date any particulars appearing on the roll;
(c) to correct any mistake or omission;
(d) to remove the name of a deceased elector;
(e) in relation to a person who is enrolled on the Commonwealth roll—to reflect any alteration under the Commonwealth Electoral Act, section 105 in relation to that enrolment.
