ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 62

Supply of roll extracts in electronic form to MLAs etc

    (1)     The commissioner shall, on request, so far as practicable, give a roll extract in electronic form to—

        (a)     an MLA; or

        (b)     the registered officer of a registered party.

    (2)     The commissioner shall, on request, supply a roll extract in electronic form, or on microfiche, to a person who the commissioner is satisfied requires the extract for an approved purpose within the meaning of section 63.

Note      A fee may determined under s 8 (Determination of fees) for a request under subsection (2).
