ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 316

A person shall not do anything improper for the purpose of influencing a member of—

        (a)     the electoral commission; or

        (b)     an augmented commission; or

        (c)     a redistribution committee.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
