ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 310
Electoral papers—forfeiture(1) On conviction of a person for an offence against the Criminal Code
, part 3.6 (Forgery and related offences), any document or instrument in relation to which the offence was committed is forfeited to the Territory.
(2) A forfeited document or instrument may be destroyed or dealt with as prescribed.
