ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 31

    (1)     The commissioner may employ staff on behalf of the Territory.

    (2)     The commissioner's staff (other than staff mentioned in section 32 (1) (a)) must be employed under the Public Sector Management Act 1994
