ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 288

A person shall not, by violence or intimidation, hinder or interfere with—

        (a)     the free exercise of a right under this Act; or

        (b)     the free performance of a duty under this Act.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
