ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 273

Unless the Court of Disputed Elections otherwise orders, the filing of an application is not to be taken to prevent the commissioner, another member of the electoral commission or a member of the staff of the commission from having access to any document to which that person would otherwise be entitled to have access for the purpose of exercising a function under this Act.
