ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 264
Hearing of applications(1) The registrar shall, as soon as practicable after the time for filing applications in relation to an election under section 259 has passed, prepare a list of the applications pending in the order of filing and shall make a copy of the list available for inspection at the registrar's office.
(2) Subject to subsection (3), an application shall, as far as practicable, be heard in the order in which it appears in the list.
(3) All applications in relation to an election for an electorate shall be heard together.
