ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 26

Conditions of appointment of commissioner generally

    (1)     The commissioner holds the position on the conditions not provided by this Act or another Territory law that are decided by the Minister.

    (2)     The commissioner may hold any other position that is compatible with the exercise of his or her functions as commissioner.
