ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 249A

If the electoral commission makes a reviewable decision, the commission must give a reviewable decision notice to each entity that is given an internal review notice.

Note 1     The electoral commission must also take reasonable steps to give a reviewable decision notice to anyone whose interests are affected by the decision (see ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008

, s 67A).
