ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 237B
Investigation notice offences(1) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, contravene an investigation notice.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
(2) A person must not, in response to an investigation notice, give evidence that the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
