ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 235

In this division:

"investigation notice" means a notice under section 237  (3) (Investigation notices generally) or section 237A (2) (Investigation notices about associated entities).

"return" includes a notice under section 240  (1) (c) or (4) (Inability to complete returns).
