ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 199

    (1)     For this part, bodies corporate that are related shall be taken to be the same person.

    (2)     In subsection (1):

"related", in relation to 2 bodies corporate, means that one body corporate is—

        (a)     a holding company; or

        (b)     a subsidiary; or

        (c)     a subsidiary of a holding company;

of the other body corporate.
