ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 174

The returning officer or assistant returning officer for a station shall—

        (a)     hand a ballot paper to each Antarctic elector who attends before the officer during the hours of polling and claims to vote at the election; and

        (b)     record the issue of the ballot paper to the elector.
