ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 163
Second noticeIf an elector to whom a default notice has been sent under section 162 fails to respond to the notice within the time specified, the commissioner shall send a second default notice to the elector, endorsed to the effect that the elector has failed to respond to the first notice.
