ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 149

In this division:

"homelessness polling place"—see section 149B (1).

"special hospital" means a hospital declared under section 149A.

"visiting officer" means an officer who makes a visit referred to in section 150 (1), (2) or (3) or section 150A.
