ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 137
Record of issue of declaration voting papers(1) An officer who issues a ballot paper under section 136A, section 136D (2) (a) or section 136G (2) (a) must—
(a) make a record of the time and date the paper is issued; and
(b) if the officer is not the commissioner—give the record to the commissioner.
(2) If an application is made for a postal vote, the record shall be endorsed on the application.
