ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 130

An elector shall not vote—

        (a)     more than once at the same election for an electorate; or

        (b)     at 2 or more elections for electorates the polls for which are required to be held on the same day.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
