Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The electoral commission may give to the Minister a report on anything relating to elections, referendums or other ballots.
(2) If the Minister receives a report that is expressed to be given to the Minister under subsection (1), the Minister must present a copy of the report to the Legislative Assembly within 6 sitting days after the day the Minister receives it.
