Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) An approved code of practice or incorporated document has no effect to the extent that it is inconsistent with a regulation.
(2) However, an approved code of practice or incorporated document must not be taken to be inconsistent with a regulation to the extent that it can operate concurrently.
