DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES ACT 2004 - SECT 78

    (1)     A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     a regulation requires a dangerous substance to be stored in a particular way; and

        (b)     the person stores the substance; and

        (c)     the person fails to store the substance in accordance with the regulation.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
