DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES ACT 2004 - SECT 65

Pretending to hold licence

    (1)     A person commits an offence if the person pretends to be the holder of a licence.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.

    (2)     A person commits an offence if the person pretends to be authorised to do something under a licence.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
