Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) In proceedings between parties to a domestic relationship with respect to existing title or rights in respect of property, a court may declare the title or rights (if any) that a party has in respect of the property.
(2) A court may make orders to give effect to a declaration, including orders as to possession.
(3) An order under this section is binding on the parties to a domestic relationship but not on any other person.
