DRUGS OF DEPENDENCE ACT 1989 - SECT 182

In this division:

chapter 6 substance means any of the following within the meaning of the Criminal Code, chapter 6:

        (a)     a controlled drug;

        (b)     a controlled plant;

        (c)     a controlled precursor.

"place" includes vacant land, premises, a vehicle, a vessel or an aircraft.
