DOMESTIC ANIMALS ACT 2000 - SECT 71

    (1)     The Minister may issue guidelines about the exercise of the registrar's functions under section 70.

    (2)     The registrar must comply with any guidelines under this section.

    (3)     A guideline is a disallowable instrument.

Note     A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
