Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, in writing, declare an area of land or water to be an exercise area under this Act.
(2) A declaration may provide that an area is an exercise area for all or stated animals.
(3) A declaration under this section is a disallowable instrument.
Note A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
