DOMESTIC ANIMALS ACT 2000 - SECT 30

Form of special licences

    A special licence must state—

        (a)     the name of the licensee; and

        (b)     the registration number of each dog to which the licence relates; and

        (c)     the address of the premises to which the licence relates; and

        (d)     any conditions of the licence.
