DOMESTIC ANIMALS ACT 2000 - SECT 24

    (1)     An adult may apply to the registrar for a licence to keep a dangerous dog.

    (2)     An application must state—

        (a)     the registration number of the dog; and

        (b)     the premises where the applicant intends to keep the dog.
