DUTIES ACT 1999 - SECT 252A

    (1)     The Minister may declare a financial market to be a recognised stock exchange for this Act.

    (2)     A declaration is a disallowable instrument.

Note     A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
