DISCRIMINATION ACT 1991 - SECT 57R
Health and safety—physical featuresPart 3 does not make it unlawful to discriminate against a person on the ground of physical features if the discrimination is reasonably necessary to—
(a) protect the health or safety of the person, anyone else or the public generally; or
(b) protect the property of the person, anyone
else or the public generally.
