Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsPart 3 does not make it unlawful to discriminate against a person on the ground of age in relation to a transaction if the person is subject to a legal incapacity because of his or her age and the incapacity is relevant to the transaction.
