DISCRIMINATION ACT 1991 - SECT 123

    (1)     The Executive may make regulations for this Act.

Note     Regulations must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act

.

    (2)     The regulations may except people, activities or other things from the operation of particular provisions of part 3, part 5 or part 7.
