CLINICAL WASTE ACT 1990 - SECT 30

    (1)     A person commits an offence if the person—

        (a)     conducts a business of transporting clinical waste; and

        (b)     is not licensed to conduct the business.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
