Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If the controller varies, suspends or cancels a licence, the licensee must return the licence to the controller within 7 days after the day the variation, suspension or cancellation takes effect.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
(2) An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
(3) If the licence has been varied, the controller
must endorse the variation on the licence and return the licence to the
licensee.
