CLINICAL WASTE ACT 1990 - SECT 11

Declaration of disposal sites

    (1)     The Minister may declare a place to be a disposal site for clinical waste.

    (2)     A declaration is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act.
