COMMUNITY TITLE ACT 2001 - SECT 65

When a dealing for the sale or disposal of land to which this division applies is submitted for registration, it must be accompanied by—

        (a)     a copy of the undertaking to finish the development in accordance with the relevant community title scheme; and

        (b)     a statement verifying that the territory planning authority has not required security to be given under this Act for completion of the development in accordance with the scheme or that such a requirement has been complied with.

Note     It is an offence to make a false or misleading statement, give false or misleading information or produce a false or misleading document (see Criminal Code
