COMMUNITY TITLE ACT 2001 - SECT 60

A body corporate must—

        (a)     keep a mailbox clearly showing the body corporate's name in a suitable position at or near the street alignment of the scheme land; or

        (b)     make suitable alternative arrangements for the receipt of mail.
