COMMUNITY TITLE ACT 2001 - SECT 32
Members of body corporate(1) The members of the body corporate of a community title scheme are the people who are for the time being the owners of the lots in the scheme that are not common property.
(2) If a lot in a community title scheme that is not common property is owned by more than 1 person, each part-owner is a member of the body corporate of the scheme.
