COMMUNITY TITLE ACT 2001 - SECT 28

    (1)     The Supreme Court may, on application by an interested person, grant a mandatory injunction requiring the developer of a community title scheme to finish the scheme in accordance with the terms of the scheme.

    (2)     In this section:

"interested person" means each of the following:

        (a)     a body corporate for the community title scheme;

        (b)     an owner or prospective owner of a lot of scheme land;

        (c)     for scheme land under a declared land sublease—the Crown lessee;

        (d)     the owners corporation of a units plan within the scheme;

        (e)     the Minister;

        (f)     the territory planning authority.
