Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The land subject to a community title scheme is to be progressively developed in accordance with the scheme.
(2) The planning and land authority may refuse to
approve an application under the Planning and Development Act 2007 ,
chapter 7 for approval to carry out an activity needed for the
development of a stage of the scheme if an earlier stage of the scheme has not
been finished as required by the scheme.
